HOW TO BUY

How can I place an order?

Making a purchase on ICMI SRL's e-commerce platform is easy and immediate. While registration is not required, we strongly recommend doing so to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

To place an order on our e-commerce platform is simple and quick! Just follow these easy steps:

Browse our shop and add the desired products to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "Cart" button located at the top right.
Check the products in your cart and, if necessary, make any changes to the quantity or remove unwanted items.
Click on the "Go to checkout" button and complete the form with your shipping and payment details.
Carefully review the order details and read the payment instructions. If everything is correct, proceed with the payment by clicking on "Place Order
Once you have completed all these steps, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details.

What should I do after I have placed an order?

After placing an order, it is crucial to follow the instructions provided on the order confirmation page. It is necessary to make the bank transfer to the indicated bank details and then send the receipt of the transfer to the email address amministrazione@icmi.it. The merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

How do I purchase products with price on request?

These products do not have prices listed for business reasons. To purchase them, there are two ways:

Contact our email sales.atex@icmi.it to receive further information regarding the product.
Place the order at a price of 0.00 and then contact sales.atex@icmi.it to receive the price of the requested products. The merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

What are the delivery times?

The delivery times vary depending on the destination country. For Italy and neighboring countries, delivery times range from 2 to 4 days from receipt of payment. For more distant countries, shipping times can even reach up to 20 days from receipt of payment.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the shipping zone. To view the shipping costs, please add the desired products to your cart and select your State.

How can I check that my order is confirmed?

Following your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Please remember to make the payment to the provided bank details and send the receipt of the transfer to the email amministrazione@icmi.it. The products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Can I cancel or modify an order (add or remove products)?

To cancel or modify an order, the advice is to contact sales.atex@icmi.it.

Can I change the shipping address of an order?

What should I do in case of defects in the product?

PAYMENTS

What are the available payment methods?

At this start up phase, the only available payment method is bank transfer. Subsequently, new payment methods with credit/debit cards and PayPal will be available.

How can I make the payment after placing the order?

What are the ATEX and IECEx certifications?

IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres): This certification is internationally recognized and applies to electrical products used in potentially explosive atmospheres. The aim is to ensure that such devices meet the safety standards established by the IEC and comply with global safety regulations.

ATEX (Atmoshpères Explosibles)This certification is regulated by the European Union and is mandatory for devices intended to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. Devices that meet ATEX standards are designed to ensure safety in potentially hazardous areas, preventing sparks or overheating that could trigger an explosion.

What is the difference between the ISEO 1 and ISEO 2 grounding clamp?

The main difference between the ISEO 1 and ISEO 2 grounding clamps is as follows: the grounding clamp ISEO 1 has only one grounding contact, whereas the grounding clamp ISEO 2 has one grounding contact and one consent contact for electronic equipment.

What directives does the ICMI grounding clamp comply with?

The ICMI grounding clamps comply with the following standards: EN IEC 60079-0, EN 60079-1, EN 60079-31 (approval CESI 03 ATEX 101X) for potentially explosive atmospheres with presence of gas of group IIC and flammable powders.

Can ICMI grounding clamps be used in potentially flammable atmospheres with presence of gas or dust?

Yes, ICMI grounding clamps can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres with the presence of group IIC gases and flammable powders.

At what temperature can ICMI grounding clamps be used?

ICMI grounding clamps can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C.

For what operations can the ICMI grounding clamp be used?

The ICMI grounding clamp can be used for fuel transfer, chemical transfer, mixing, and handling of hazardous products.

What powders explode with a spark?

The following powders explode with a spark: wheat, coffee, flour, sugar, cocoa, rice, urea, dextrin, lactose, sulfur, zinc, manganese, titanium, nickel, aluminum, PVC, rubber, polyester, cellulose, epoxy resin, acetylsalicylic acid, vitamin C, calcium stearate, coal, peat, asphalt, cork, and wood.
